CANCELLATION POLICY:

What happens if I can't make it to class?

Life happens, and sometimes last-minute things come up that make it hard to attend class—I totally understand. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours prior to the start of class.

While refunds are not offered for missed classes, your fee may be applied as a class credit, as long as the cancellation meets the 12-hour notice requirement. Class credits may be used toward a future class of your choice, pending availability, and must be used within two weeks from the day you cancelled. After the two-week grace period, unused credits will expire.

If you plan to use a class credit, please let me know as soon as possible to help lessen the chances of the class you wish to attend being full. Class placement is based on availability at the time of your request.

ALL POP UP AND SPECIAL CLASSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CLASS CREDIT OR REFUNDS WHATSOEVER IF YOU ARE TO CANCEL.

Even if you’re outside of the time window, I still encourage you to reach out and let me know if you’re unable to make it to class. 💛

What if class get's CANCELLED?

Refunds will be automatically issued to everyone who's registered for class if the class is CANCELLED BY THE INSTRUCTOR.

What is Class Credit?

Instead of refunds, whenever you need to cancel class and it meets the required time window, your fee's will be moved into class credit that you can use for a future class. If class credit is applied to you, you will have 2 weeks from that time of cancellation to use your credit and you will need to contact me via email as soon as possible to help lessen the chances of the class you wish to attend being full. Class placement is based on availability at the time of your request.. If after those 2 weeks your credits haven't been used, your credits EXPIRE. Class credit must match the fee's of the class you will be attending.

Also if you have my personal line please reframe from using that unless it's an emergency in regards to not being able to make it to class.
